Well, I first heard about this wonderful day from Cherrye at My Bella Vita. Cherrye owns a Bed and Breakfast in Italy. To celebrate this glorious holiday, they decided to serve Nutella Chocolate Chunk Mousse to their guests. How YUM does that sound??? Well, I am going to try it tonight to celebrate my belated holiday (since it was really yesterday) and if it turns out ok, I will post it tomorrow for What's Cooking Wednesday!
